SERVING DONNELLY, IDAHO
From Cascade lake views to Tamarack ski-in access — Valley County homeowners trust us to build the outdoor spaces that make mountain life extraordinary.

Donnelly sits at 4,900 feet along the Long Valley corridor, surrounded by the West Mountains, Payette Lakes, and Tamarack Resort. Outdoor spaces here need to handle heavy snow loads, high-altitude sun, and cold snaps — we design for all of it.
Valley County experiences some of the most dramatic seasonal swings in Idaho — from warm summer evenings perfect for an outdoor kitchen to winters that demand materials rated for sub-zero temps. Our designs account for every season, so your investment lasts decades.

Engineered for heavy Idaho snowpack. We use steel post bases, structural-grade framing, and composite or hardwood decking rated for temperature swings.

Year-round usability means a covered porch isn't optional — it's essential. Gable and shed rooflines designed to shed snow and stay dry through spring melt.

Extend your outdoor season with a premium awning that provides shade during warm summer afternoons and shelter during unexpected mountain showers.
Building in the mountains isn't the same as building in the valley. Cascade sits at nearly 5,000 feet, with heavy snow seasons, significant freeze-thaw movement, and intense summer UV exposure. We design and build with all of that in mind — so your outdoor space lasts and performs for decades.
We design for 100+ inch snowpack, freeze-thaw cycles, and UV intensity at elevation — factors most valley contractors overlook.
Fully licensed and insured in the state of Idaho with permits pulled for every project in Valley County.
We plan builds around Donnelly's short construction season so your space is ready when summer arrives.
From the first site visit through final walkthrough — one team handles design, permitting, build, and cleanup.
We ask how you use your land before we draw a single line. Elk-watching mornings call for different layouts than apres-ski evenings.
We use composite decking and powder-coated hardware rated for alpine environments — and we back it in writing.

We proudly work with homeowners across Donnelly and the greater Idaho, helping bring outdoor living projects to life with thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. From custom decks to full outdoor spaces, our team serves nearby communities with the same level of care and attention to detail.

We don’t just build—we create outdoor spaces that work better.
Yes — we serve all of Valley County including Donnelly, Tamarack Resort, Cascade, McCall, Meadows Valley, and surrounding rural properties. We're familiar with each area's terrain and local permitting requirements.
Every deck and structure we build is engineered to Idaho ground snow load standards for Valley County, which can reach 50+ psf. We use structural-grade framing, reinforced post bases, and angled roof designs to prevent dangerous buildup.
We typically recommend capped composite decking for surfaces (rated for freeze-thaw), powder-coated aluminum or stainless hardware, natural stone for fire and patio features, and KDAT lumber for any structural framing. We'll walk you through trade-offs at your consultation.
The prime building window runs May through September. We recommend booking a winter or early spring consultation so your project is permitted and materials are staged for a late May groundbreak.
Most structural projects require a Valley County building permit. We handle the permitting process as part of every build — you won't need to navigate the county office yourself.
